I LOVE plants!!! I was fully plant-based for over four years in college and post-grad, and just recently shifted to vegetarian. I love the growing things, protecting the environment, and nature in general!

I am extremely health conscious, and the shift away from meat was driven by reading tons of research on how minimizing animal products can lead to various health benefits. I am constantly striving to find new ways to change my habits and challenge myself to be the best version of myself.
